Our VT Series pump barges are transportable on a standard utility sized trailer and can be deployed without cranes or other heavy lifting equipment.
We provide customers the options they need to achieve the results they require.

75 HP to 225 HP vertical turbine barges are available in various configurations to meet a wide range of applications.
Full remote control and monitoring capabilities are available.
Oilfield, Mining, Industrial, Municipal, Agriculture & Irrigation...When it comes to moving water, Flo-Pro delivers!
Our SP Series pump barges are designed with the same easy transport and deployment options as our VT Series barges.
Submersibles are available in dual or single pump configurations, 50 HP to 150 HP each. Dual pump units are configured with one-way flow valves for failsafe operations. These work well with our VFDs.
Discharge manifolds can be designed and special ordered to accommodate most applications.
Horsepower and impeller design are the two most prominent factors that determine the TDH capability of any given pump.
The VT Series motor and pump assemblies are mounted close to the barge frame to help reduce the unsafe, top-heaviness often associated with floating pumps.
The motor and pump assembly is well-balanced at its pivot pins, allowing the pump to safely pivot without the use of a winch or other lifting device.
The adjustable wheel posts collapse to position the barge’s center of gravity closer to the ground for safer maneuverability.
The VT Series pump barges are configured with a pump assembly pivoting device, which allows the pump to be operated and secured at various degreed positioning to better accommodate various water depth requirements.
Our discharge head output tubes are available in various degrees to better accommodate a straight line, piped connection from the pump to its distribution manifold or source of use. This is important for applications where friction-loss must be kept to a minimum.
Flow requirements are more complex than simply matching rate of flow and TDH with an appropriate pump. Closer examination must be afforded to the specific gravity and temperature of the liquid, elevation, sump size, discharge rates, line size, head, slope, water hammer, valves, controllers, VFDs and pressure requirements.
Our hydraulic engineers work closely with our customers to understand their requirements to assure superior performance.
